Unopened, lasts at least 3 years (see packaging). Once opened, use within 12 months. Store dry and below 30 °C.

The balm is produced by Aviz Laboratories (Pty) Ltd., a certified company based in Midrand, Gauteng. Distribution is carried out on behalf of Bayer (Pty) Ltd., a long-standing brand owner and reliable partner.
Each batch undergoes strict internal quality controls and meets all requirements of the South African health authorities as well as the requirements of the European Cosmetics Regulation (EC No. 1223/2009). Before being imported into Europe, the product is additionally registered and fully documented via the Cosmetic Product Notification Portal (CPNP).
